Travel journals are the perfect way to record your memories from a beautiful holiday.

Haaris had some holidays left and my passport was expiring, so we decided to fly to Ottawa to get my passport renewed and have some fun along the way. We stayed at April’s place as Airbnb guests and had a whale of a time. Sharing memories from the trip in the form of the journal which I made on Ottawa visitor guide brochure.

I have made countless travel journals from my travels across the world and I have shared most of them with you in the Travel > Journals section of this blog.

Offering healthier options is never wasted.
Today I added a little spring onion on top of their cheese toast. My son ate it happilyā€¦ my daughter quietly removed the spring onion and enjoyed the rest.

And thatā€™s OK.
Their tongues learn slowly.
Exposure is the key.

We donā€™t stop offering healthier choices just because they donā€™t accept them right away. Easy parenting is giving what theyā€™ll eat without fuss ā€” but intentional parenting is offering whatā€™s good for them in the long run.

Small exposures add up. Keep going, mama.
