Offering healthier options is never wasted.
Today I added a little spring onion on top of their cheese toast. My son ate it happilyā¦ my daughter quietly removed the spring onion and enjoyed the rest.
And thatās OK.
Their tongues learn slowly.
Exposure is the key.
We donāt stop offering healthier choices just because they donāt accept them right away. Easy parenting is giving what theyāll eat without fuss ā but intentional parenting is offering whatās good for them in the long run.
Small exposures add up. Keep going, mama.
