✨ Comment SHIFA for details: Mental health matters 🫶 especially for women living abroad.

Being an immigrant means carrying so much silently — homesickness, loneliness, motherhood without family, grief far from home. Therapy has helped me through my own storms, and I truly believe every woman deserves support. 🌼

A day filled with gratitude to celebrate our biggest blessings Alhamdulillah ❤️ A birthday party spread across three backyards. Cake, Candles & Community.

We planned it so the kids could play freely — Hot Wheels slides, water table/guns, trampoline, bubbles, biking, sandplay, playground, playkitchen, car rides, painting, playground, digger zone, treasure hunts — and the parents could relax and enjoy.

Preloved treasures, plants giveaways, homemade mango sponge cake, and some comfort food.

Celebrating Nyra & Zyem….
And one full year in this home, this neighbourhood, this community that feels like family.
Grateful for every smile, every helping hand, every little moment. ❤️😍
