A quick, wholesome breakfast my kids happily finish — soft, sweet baked oats with a few mom upgrades.
What you need:
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 cup oats
• 1 egg
• Handful of berries/any fruit
• 2–3 tbsp yogurt (extra creamy)
• Optional: shredded zucchini (hidden veggies)
• Splash of milk
• Pinch of cinnamon + baking powder
How to make:
• Blend everything except berries
• add berries in the end on top
• Pour into a greased dish
• Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes
• Serve warm
