A quick, wholesome breakfast my kids happily finish â soft, sweet baked oats with a few mom upgrades.
What you need:
⢠1 ripe banana
⢠1 cup oats
⢠1 egg
⢠Handful of berries/any fruit
⢠2â3 tbsp yogurt (extra creamy)
⢠Optional: shredded zucchini (hidden veggies)
⢠Splash of milk
⢠Pinch of cinnamon + baking powder
How to make:
⢠Blend everything except berries
⢠add berries in the end on top
⢠Pour into a greased dish
⢠Bake at 350°F for 20â25 minutes
⢠Serve warm
