My all-time favourite beverage is a Smoothie. I don’t really care for the one made from purees or concentrates. When it comes to smoothies, I want it fully organic – fruit, vegetables, milk, yogurt and honey.
This post is all about my love for smoothies. It’s very difficult to share smoothie recipes as literally there are endless options – sky is the limit really. I will be sharing different types of smoothies you can try out at home. Just giving you some ideas. You can try some of these out and choose the combinations you want to stick to.
I put all of these in all my smoothies
Milk – As many cups as you need
Yogurt – 1/2 Tablespoon for each cup (optional). Vanilla yogurt is even tastier
Honey 1 tsp for each cup or sugar if you are not a health freak
